1. About the Site

  1. Information and membership portal. The Site provides information about Seychelles, its islands and tourism offerings, as well as details about SSHEA and its member establishments. SSHEA works to bring independently‑owned small hotels and guesthouses together under one recognised bodysshea.com. The Site also enables licensed small accommodation establishments to apply for membership and allows visitors to submit inquiries or request guidance for travel planningsshea.comsshea.com.
  2. No booking platform. The Site showcases SSHEA member establishments and tourism information for general informational purposes. It is not an online booking platform and does not guarantee availability, pricing or reservations for any accommodation listed. Reservations must be made directly with the relevant establishment or through authorised booking channels.

2. Eligibility and Membership

  1. Membership criteria. Membership is open only to licensed small accommodation establishments operating in Seychelles with 25 keys or fewersshea.com. Applicants must hold a valid tourism licence and meet any other membership requirements set by SSHEA.
  2. Application process. To become a member, you must complete our membership application form and provide accurate, current and complete information about your establishment. SSHEA will review your application and may request additional information before granting or denying membership. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject any application.
  3. Member obligations. Once accepted, members must keep their profile information up to date, maintain all necessary licences and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Members must adhere to SSHEA’s codes of conduct and branding guidelines. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  4. User accounts and credentials. Certain areas of the Site may require login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
